You want to know what's really going on in your organization.
At Suited Support, everything starts with a real conversation.
Not just another survey — but a genuine, honest talk.
Because people want to be heard.
Because you want to know what’s really going on.
And because prevention simply feels better than repair (and it costs less too).
The Blijfgesprek or 'Stay conversation'
Many organisations only find out what was really going on during the exit interview. That’s a shame — and expensive.
One departure can easily cost you €30.000 per year.
The Blijfgesprek is a confidential one-on-one 'MOT' where employees can share what’s on their mind. The insights are anonymised and shared back in a thematic report.
When to do this
If you want to know what’s really going on in your organisation.
If you want to boost employee engagement.
If you want to be able to step in before things go off track.
What does it bring?
– Signals that would otherwise stay under the radar
– Insight into risks for absence or turnover
– Support and buy-in for real change
– More trust and openness on the work floor
– A clear, calm listening ear — without noise
Sometimes, one honest conversation is all it takes.
Why work with me?
I’m an independent listener.
Sharp, experienced, and with a clear perspective.
People tell me things they don’t share anywhere else.
And I give that back in a way your organization can actually use.
How does it work?
For 10 employees
– Intake with HR/leadership (goal-setting & alignment)
– 10 confidential 1-on-1 conversations
– Thematic analysis: what patterns show up, what stands out?
– Anonymous report with clear insights and practical recommendations
– Reflection session with HR/leadership: what does it mean, and what can you do with it?
Investment: €5.500,-- (excl. VAT)
Ready to find out what’s really going on?
Let’s begin.
Send me a message, and we’ll schedule a short introduction call.
Because prevention isn’t just better than cure — it’s also a lot cheaper.
And after that?
Liking what you’re seeing so far? Great.
Many organizations start with a single conversation or a pilot.
But when it works — and it usually does — the next step is a natural one.
Luckily, Suited Support is easy to expand.
For example:
Recurring check-in conversations (e.g. every six months) – stay in touch with what’s happening on the work floor.
Follow-up tools like CliftonStrengths programs or feedback sessions – for further development after the Talent- or Insight Conversation.
Thematic workshops tailored to what’s coming up – think workload, or psychological safety.
This way, you don’t just create insight — you create momentum.

The Talent Conversation
What if we focused on what’s right with people, instead of fixing what’s wrong?
- Don Clifton
In the Talent Conversation, you explore what you naturally do well — and how to use that more intentionally in your work.
Based on the CliftonStrengths assessment by Gallup: a positive, research-based talentscan used by millions of people worldwide.
Learn more about CliftonStrengths here.
When to do this?
When potential feels underused
For teams that want to collaborate better

What’s the outcome?
– More self-awareness, energy, and motivation

About CliftonStrengths
What is CliftonStrengths
CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is an online talent assessment developed by Don Clifton and the Gallup Institute.
Its purpose is to help people gain insight into their natural talents, so they can use them more intentionally in their work and daily lives.
The assessment is grounded in positive psychology.
Where many models focus on fixing weaknesses, CliftonStrengths highlights what already works — and how to build on that.
It gives people a clear view of how they naturally think, feel, and act.
How does it work
The assessment consists of 177 paired statements.
You have 20 seconds to choose your response, encouraging instinctive answers over overthinking.
Once completed, you receive a detailed personal report describing your most dominant talents — your unique talent DNA.
It maps out how you approach problems, make decisions, connect with others, and get things done.
The model includes 34 talent themes, divided into four domains.
Your report reveals your most natural patterns of thought and behavior.
The results are unique — the likelihood of someone having the exact same Top 5 in the same order is 1 in 33 million.
Why CliftonStrengths
CliftonStrengths is used in organizations, teams, and coaching settings all over the world.
It provides a shared language for talent and development, and helps people:
– Understand and apply their strengths
– Communicate more effectively
– Improve collaboration and trust
– Strengthen leadership
– Increase motivation and performance
It brings more than just insight. It brings structure, focus, and room for growth.
When to apply
In my work, CliftonStrengths is a core part of:
– The Talent Conversation (individual and team development)
– Leadership coaching and reflection
– Culture and team dynamics
– A follow-up after The Stay Conversation
Whether in a team setting or one-on-one, it’s a powerful starting point for anyone who wants to work from strength.
The Insight Conversation
Sometimes you're just too close to a situation to see the bigger picture.
You've been thinking about it for days — maybe even weeks.
But it keeps circling in your head.
In the Insight Conversation, I look at it with you.
I ask critical questions where needed, help you refocus, and offer advice based on my expertise.
We look at what’s happening right now, and what you need to move forward.
When is it helpful?
At many different moments.
When you're stuck in a decision or need reflection on your role.
When you're navigating team dynamics, strategic choices, or a difficult situation.
But also when you notice you're getting tired.
When the work is costing you more energy than you'd like.
Or when something doesn’t sit right — but you can’t quite put your finger on it.
We can talk about collaboration, positioning, boundaries, development, decisions or stress.
Professional and personal — because let’s be honest, those two often overlap.
It’s broad. And that’s exactly what makes it valuable.
Curious if it’s right for you?
Feel free to reach out. We’ll figure it out together.
What's the outcome?
– Peace of mind
– Clarity on what matters
– A clear-headed sounding board
– Practical tools you can actually use
