More than a decade working closely alongside senior leaders at world-leading superyacht shipyards has given me an inside view of how this industry works — beyond job titles and organisational charts.
I know its pace, expectations, discretion, relationships and competing interests. My background in Applied Psychology adds another perspective: understanding the people, behaviour and dynamics behind a question and considering what may help.
That combination shapes how I work today as an Independent Strategic Partner: helping leaders understand what is happening, decide what needs their attention and, when needed, work out what comes next.
