About Diana

Background

I've always loved listening to people and their stories.
Even from a young age, I was fascinated by what drives people.

Over time, I also discovered that there are many ways to listen – and that truly being heard can be one of the most meaningful forms of connection.
Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing many personal stories.

There was even a time when I considered becoming a pastoral caregiver.
During my father's long illness – six months of navigating big decisions about his health – only one person ever asked how I was doing: the pastoral worker.
I didn’t even know that role existed, but his question and his genuine interest left a deep impression on me.

Eventually, I chose to study applied psychology – and I’ve never regretted that decision.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with passionate and ambitious people in various organizations. In that context, I’ve had countless conversations.
I’ve seen what gives people energy – and what slowly drains or demotivates them.

Work, as such a big part of our lives, should be a place where people feel seen and heard – and where they can contribute in a way that fits who they are. That benefits both the individual and the organization.

I’ve been trained to understand human behavior in the workplace, and I support organizations in creating a healthy, honest environment.
One where people can do their work well and stay engaged.

My strength lies in having conversations that bring clarity and create positive impact.

My mission

Help building a healthy work environment where people can thrive to create a healthy organisation.

Who I work for

I work with organisations that understand people are at the heart of how things run — and how they grow.
That take their employees seriously and see commitment and connection not as nice-to-haves, but as essential parts of a healthy workplace.
That want to listen early, not only when things start to go off track.

Whether you're in HR, leading a team or part of the board — if you sense there’s more going on than what’s being said, or if you want to strengthen engagement and connection, Suited Support is here for you.

About CliftonStrengths

What is CliftonStrengths

CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) is an online talent assessment developed by Don Clifton and the Gallup Institute.
Its purpose is to help people gain insight into their natural talents, so they can use them more intentionally in their work and daily lives.

The assessment is grounded in positive psychology.
Where many models focus on fixing weaknesses, CliftonStrengths highlights what already works — and how to build on that.
It gives people a clear view of how they naturally think, feel, and act.

How does it work

The assessment consists of 177 paired statements.
You have 20 seconds to choose your response, encouraging instinctive answers over overthinking.

Once completed, you receive a detailed personal report describing your most dominant talents — your unique talent DNA.
It maps out how you approach problems, make decisions, connect with others, and get things done.

The model includes 34 talent themes, divided into four domains:
– Strategic Thinking
– Relationship Building
– Influencing
– Executing

Your Top 5 or Full 34 report reveals your most natural patterns of thought and behavior.
The results are highly individualized — the likelihood of someone having the exact same Top 5 in the same order is 1 in 33 million.

Why CliftonStrengths

CliftonStrengths is used in organizations, teams, and coaching settings all over the world.
It provides a shared language for talent and development, and helps people:

– Understand and apply their strengths
– Communicate more effectively
– Improve collaboration and trust
– Strengthen leadership
– Increase motivation and performance

It brings more than just insight. It brings structure, focus, and room for growth.
Without putting people into boxes or assigning labels, it shows what’s already there — and how to work with it.

When to apply

In my work, CliftonStrengths is a core part of:

– The Talent Conversation (individual and team development)
– Leadership coaching and reflection
– Culture and team dynamics
– A follow-up after The Stay Conversation

It creates language, clarity, and direction – and opens the door to meaningful development.
Whether in a team setting or one-on-one, it’s a powerful starting point for anyone who wants to work from strength.
