Start with your strengths.

One assessment. A conversation. And a way of working that's built around you.

Individual coaching

We start with an assessment developed by Gallup — backed by decades of research on what makes people perform at their best.

It's called CliftonStrengths. And it shows you exactly where your energy comes from — and where it goes.

Every talent has two sides. A natural Achiever gets things done — but may keep pushing long after their energy is gone. A natural Harmony-seeker builds consensus — but may avoid necessary conflict. A natural Learner grows constantly — but may never feel ready enough to act.

Sound familiar? That's exactly what we look at.

CliftonStrengths assessment

A 45-minute online questionnaire. You receive a personal report ranking your 34 talent themes in your unique order.

First session — your results
We explore what your results mean for you specifically — the patterns that show up in your work and your life.

Focused coaching sessions
We identify what drains you, what drives you, and how to build a way of working that suits who you are. Usually 3-4 sessions.

For years I'd been hiding the things that make me who I am — thinking they weren't professional enough. Diana helped me see they weren't weaknesses. They were my strongest points. That realisation changed everything. I found peace of mind, and the clarity to take my business into its next phase with real confidence.

THOUGHT PARTNERSHIP

Sometimes you don't need coaching.

You need someone who sees what you can't — because they're not in it with you.

Leading means making the most important decisions alone. When the stakes are high, you can't afford to overlook what others miss — or to be surrounded only by people with a stake in the outcome. Sessions can be standalone or part of a series. You decide what you need.

Frequently asked questions

I'm sure you have questions, here are a few that I hear often. Is your question not there? Please reach out and I am happy to explain.

I already know my strengths. Why do I need an assessment?

Most people know what they're good at — but not why certain situations consistently drain them, or why the same talent that makes them effective also creates friction. CliftonStrengths shows your unique combination of 34 talent themes — and how they work together, for better and for worse.

What makes this different from other coaching?

Most coaching gives you frameworks. CliftonStrengths gives you a mirror. You leave understanding not just what to do differently, but why you've been doing it this way — and how to use that insight for the rest of your career.

What does the CliftonStrengths® assessment involve?

It's a 45-minute online questionnaire—no right or wrong answers. You receive a personal report ranking your 34 talent themes in your unique order. In our first coaching session, we explore what your results mean for you specifically.

What results can I expect?

Most clients notice a shift in self-awareness within the first sessions — suddenly understanding why certain work exhausts them while other work energises them. How long that takes varies. What doesn't vary is that the insight lasts, because it's based on who you actually are.

What's included and how much does it cost?
