About Diana
I've been where you are. Now I help you find what actually suits you.
Why I do this work
I know what burnout feels like—I've experienced it myself. Looking back, it was a long process of ignoring signals. I had drifted—gradually, almost unnoticeably—away from what actually suited me.
Working at a research group on Talent Management changed how I saw this. Excellence comes from using your talents, not fixing your weaknesses. In sports or art, this is obvious. In business, we focus on competencies—not on who someone actually is.
Especially in high demanding industries, it is difficult to maintain a balance.I have seen it repeatedly: talented people burning out—not because they lacked skills, but because they had lost touch with what actually suited them.
Sometimes small changes can have huge impact, other times big changes are required,
I've made choices that looked drastic to others. Going back to study as a single mother or leaving a stable job to start for myself. Not easy decisions—but the right ones to keep close to my heart. That experience shapes how I coach.
For insight in talents, I use the Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment. It is evidence based and reveals what you're naturally good at—and how to strengthen that.
The assessment is just the start. Through coaching, you learn to make choices that fit—not just perform better, but work from who you actually are.
